Nike Response
Author Johan Norberg disucusses in his response nothing but positive aspects NIKE has around the globe. A few of them include a regular wage, free medical services and training and education. This provides opportunities to families who want their children to get an education, instead them having to work on a farm, or just simply staying at home. NIKE also is contributing to globalization in a positive manner being so diverse with the location of their factories. They are providing jobs for families who once had close to no income, who now can spend money more freely or whenever they need too. Although the conditions in the factories overseas are not as appealing, they still employ almost four times more workers in Vietnam than the United States.

Karen, a good summary, but a few things to work on for upcoming blogs: make sure to add more of your insights / analysis to the entry (see Blog Requirements HO for ideas) and keep in mind that the blog entry is supposed to be one full Microsoft Word page long. Thanks!
